Here’s a white wine that’s all about elegance, patience, and a gentle hand in the cellar. From a 2007-planted block on fine clay loam, this fruit was hand picked, whole bunch pressed, and sent straight to seasoned French oak for a long, slow barrel ferment. Eleven months on lees with bâtonnage gives it a creamy, layered texture that wraps around delicate fruit and soft oak spice like a cashmere scarf. It’s subtle, savoury, and sophisticated—but still totally relaxed. A true Somerset classic, handcrafted by Angus Vinden.
