Do I need to be 21 to order from Market Wine Store?
Yes. By law, all customers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol. A valid government-issued ID must be presented to the courier upon delivery.
How do you ensure the wine isn't damaged during shipping?
We use specially designed, reinforced cardboard shippers with protective inserts to minimize movement and prevent breakage. During extreme weather, we may hold shipments to prevent heat damage or freezing.
What is your return policy for corked or spoiled wine?
If you believe a bottle is corked or flawed, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We offer a replacement or store credit for verified quality issues, provided the bottle is at least three-quarters full.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to most states within the U.S. where direct-to-consumer alcohol shipping is permitted by law. Please enter your zip code at checkout to confirm eligibility.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our cellar, you will receive an email with a tracking number from UPS or FedEx so you can monitor its progress and ensure someone is available to sign for it.
Do you offer discounts on bulk or case orders?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on all orders of 12 bottles or more. This discount is automatically applied at checkout and can be a mix of different labels.
