Return Process

  Email our sommelier team at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase, including your order number and photos of any damaged goods.

  Verification

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the bottle in its original protective wine shipper or equivalent specialized packaging to prevent breakage during transit.

  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect the returned bottle, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
