A 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir & Chardonnay.  An epic wine with 10 years on lees, providing valuable time for the wine to rest and mature constructing complexity and pomp!  Layered with nutty, mealy savouriness with fruitlets of cherry and strawberry combining on the palate.  Savour this exclusive wine with elegant canapés. Grande Vintage Bruts are produced in a manner that showcases the vintage they were grown in.
