After extended maceration and wild yeast fermentation in French oak barrels, it matures for 15 months before blending. Aromas of dark plum, blackcurrant, bitter chocolate, and allspice lead to a fruit-driven palate with hints of white pepper, violets, and seasoned leather. Silky tannins provide a lingering finish.
