Mount Mary Triolet 2016

Inspired by the classic whites of Bordeaux, the Mount Mary Triolet blend is a refined mix of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and Muscadelle. Freshly picked at just the right ripeness, this wine bursts with guava, lime, and lemongrass, balanced by a subtle smoky edge. Aged in older oak barrels, it offers complex layers of grapefruit, white flowers, and a hint of honeyed ginger. The lees stirring adds a rich, creamy texture, while its bright acidity keeps everything crisp. A wonderfully unique white that evolves beautifully with age.
