A Corsican inspired blend of 37% Sangiovese, 29% Grenache, 25% Sciacarello 5% Malbec and 4% Carignan. Red fruited and light, made for easy drinking and best served chilled. Notes of salted plum and plump red cherries with a hint of delicate peppercorns to back it up.
Hand harvested and destemmed with 50% whole berry, no bunches. Two weeks on skins and aged in stainless steel for 10 months. Unfined and unfiltered.
