This super delicious Pet-Nat evokes ‘Soiree’ like no other. Made from a cheeky blend of Riesling, Chenin Blanc & Dornfelder. Stunning aromatics with hints of floral and stone fruits. Gently sparkling with soft bitter notes layered over vibrant fruits and a lovely crisp acidity. Bottled during primary ferment to capture the bubbles, unfined, unfiltered with no added sulphurs.
