Gilbert Petillant Naturel Riesling

Textured citrus with a fine bead, slightly cloudy so careful when opening. Give it a gentle roll or enjoy it without sediment, to each their own!

Sourced from the foothills of Mt Canobolas, Orange, this vineyard has fertile soil, rich in volcanic ash. It is deep, well drained clay loam, and red and brown ferrosol soils derived from basalt. Grapes are harvested in small batches early in the morning before sorting and carefully controlled fermentation between 3-5 degrees.
