An initial career in phycology (marine plants!) somehow lead them to releasing aThey farm a total of five sites across eight hectares of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. The Vin De Sofa is made from purchased fruit from great vineyards in the Adelaide Hills.
