Open and expressive without being pretentious, good structure and a good chunk of tannin that makes for a wine perfect for drinking now, or cellaring for years to come.
20% whole cluster fermentation with a small amount of short maceration 100% whole bunch barrels. After blending, eight months in 10% French oak barriques and puncheons. This is a Pinot Noir for the Australian palate.
