Defialy Of Time and Place

A blend that changed every year, this vintage there is mostly Fiano and a small portion of whole bunch Greca.

The palate is zippy and spicy, with notes of white flowers and  just-ripe apricot. Grippy with a very direct line of fruit down the palate. There is a slight phenolic quality, but the real kicker is the tropical note to finish.
