Jumping out of the glass are aromas of lime juice, citrus and orange rind which are complimented by distinct talc and chalky mineral notes. Generous yet zesty in its feel, concentrated lime juice and citrus flavours are underscored by crunchy acidity with some orange rind, steely talc like and mineral characters lurking in the background. Finishes dry, long and zippy.
