Mac Forbes RS15 Riesling

Picked second in the vintage from the Caveat vineyard. With slightly riper fruit, lower acidity and softer skins, this wine is immediately more approachable and pleasing. Once again the interplay between acid, phenolics and texture is key to balancing the barely noticeable sugar. Right now this is the wine to drink.
