A grippy, savoury blend of 40% macerated Pinot Gris, 30% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Tempranillo. The Pinot Gris was picked early and fermented on skins before blending. As per usual, fermentation finished in bottle and makes for a delectable drop. Pleasantly pink on the eyes and the palate, white floral effervescence with ripe peach, crunchy red apple and juice for days.
