100% Pinot Noir, simply made with mostly destemmed fruit, a short preferment maceration, fermented wild, gently pumped over and some hand plunging. Pressed off immediately once dry and given 12 months elevage in barrique, 33% new, all blonde toast, Gillet oak.

More intense and darker fruited than the original, walking a delicate line of power and subtlety but still oh so fine.
