With 9 grams of residual sugar, this is an off-dry style of single-vineyard Riesling from the cool-climate region of the Coal River Valley. The fruit is selectively picked and cold fermented for three weeks with a further 8 weeks on lees before bottling. There is a baseline sweetness that marries perfectly with fruit and acidity. Winemaking at Pressing Matters is executed by the talented Samantha Connew, of Stargazer fame.
