A complex Adelaide Hills Nebbiolo with enchanting aromatics and a long, long finish. Made from fruit from 25 year old vines, the bunches get hand sorted in the winery to ensure they're all of the highest quality. They all see skin contact for around 4 weeks, then get matured in a mix of large Austrian Botti and 6 year old puncheons.
