This is 100% Pinot Noir from Kimmeridgian limestone — think tension, depth and serious finesse. It’s mostly 2018 (Récolte R18, if you're in the know), with a splash of older reserve wine from a perpetual blend that’s been ticking away since 2006 like some magical Champagne time capsule. Fermented wild in ex-Meursault barrels and disgorged with no dosage, this is bone dry but generous — red berries, chalky grip, a touch of spice, and that ultra-fine bead that whispers, not shouts.
