Cantina Margò Rosato

This is a dark, spicy Rosato made from 100% Sangiovese from 45-year-old vines rooted in clay/limestone soil. The grapes are destemmed and macerated for 10 days with no punchdowns for a gentle infusion. Fermented with wild yeasts in fiberglass before aging in a combination of stainless and neutral barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
