How to Make a Limoncello Spritz

*Fill your glass with ice: A large wine glass or a highball works perfectly, and don’t skimp on the ice

*Add your Limoncello: Start with 50 ml of limoncello poured over ice. 

*Sparkles time: gently pour 100ml of sparkling into the glass.

*Top it off: Add 50 ml of soda water

*Garnish and go: Finish off with a slice of lemon and stir gently.
