Meaning "highland," Terralta reflects the rich, mineral-driven terroir of the Jalisco Highlands, sourced from deep-well water at the El Pandillo distillery. This water contributes to its unique, neutral profile with less acidity, giving the aroma of fresh rain alongside a smooth, clean taste.
The nose shows a mix of berries, minerality, baking spices and a hint of black pepper. The palate gives light cooked agave, cinnamon, caramel, and soft oak, rounded out by a peppery kick and a lingering fruity sweetness on the finish. Aged in old American Oak barrels for four years, it’s a refined, agave-forward tequila perfect for sipping slowly and savouring.
