A blend of pinot noir and 30% chardonnay, the pinot including 15% still red wine made from grapes grown in the Montagne de Reims and Les Riceys, giving the wine its distinctive colour. The colour is quite deep: a full, bright salmon-pink hue and the nose has very pinoty aromas of poached fruit, quince paste and raspberry shortcake. A concentrated wine.
