La Chablisienne Vaillons 1er Cru Chablis 2020

In their words - Pale yellow in colour, limpid and brilliant with some silver reflections.  Discreet and fine on the nose. Delicate floral notes (lily, lilac) as well as vanilla notes appear after a few seconds.  Full and rich in the mouth. Nicely fruity and very juicy.  Notes of lemon and zest appear in retro-olfaction bringing energy, freshness and a beautiful aromatic  persistence.  The whole is balanced, fine and mineral with good aging potential.  Crisp and mouth-watering.
