Konpira Mary The Barry Gin

Crafted in honour of Barry Cook, aka the Charleville Crusher and Konpira Maru’s first cellar hand, this single-vintage, wine-based gin celebrates a man who traded beer for botanicals. It’s London dry in style but with more quirks than a Sunday sesh at the bowls club. A wine base brings unexpected texture and depth, while native botanicals and citrus notes nod to Barry’s zest for life (and occasional punt). Szechuan pepper adds a spicy wink to his favourite steak pie.
