A highly chillable super wine, a blend of 5 varieties from 5 different vineyards. 30% Pinot Gris from the Whitlands, with 2 weeks on skins and matured in new Hungarian oak. 30% Syrah from Bob Macnamara in the Alpine Valleys, whole berry fermented with red fruits and plenty of spice. 15% Pinot Noir from the Eminence vineyard, that brings earthiness and a fine line of acidity. 15% Sagrantino from King River Estate, whole berry fermented and macerated for 10 days. 10% Barbera from the Cavicchiolo vineyard. Blended and bottled unfined, unfiltered with a small addition of sulphur.
