Made by the Herrera brothers at Mexico’s highest-altitude distillery, Insolito Reposado is a slow-aged sipper that takes its sweet time soaking up character. With 80% highland and 20% lowland agave in the mix, you get the best of both worlds: bold agave up front, mellowed out with a touch of vanilla, banana, and gentle oak spice. Additive-free, naturally, and full of heart—it’s tequila you’ll want to share (but maybe not too generously).
