Timotheus by Gut Oggau is a complex blend Grüner Vetliner and Weissburgunder from vineyards that are around 40yrs old. This wine is fermented on skins for about 3 weeks and the remaining berries are pressed directly.
Matured in old 500L barrels for 12 months and then bottled unfiltered without batonnage. No added sulphur.
