This obsidian-black rye IPA is a beast of flavour: malted and crystal rye bring a spicy kick, while a ferocious quartet of Simcoe, Cascade, Citra and Chinook hops hammer home citrus, pine, and bitterness like thunder on stone. Fermented with Voss Kveik yeast for a clean, warm finish and crowned with actual pine terpene, it’s practically forest-brewed ambrosia.
