A seamless blend of Felton Roads four Bannockburn vineyards; Cornish Point, Calvert, MacMuir and The Elms. Grapes are gently destemmed, retaining 20% as whole bunch. Aged for 13 months in 25% new Burgundian French oak barrels fermented with indigenous yeast and malolactic. Unfined and unfiltered, fully organic, biodynamic and sustainable.
