Chalmers Greco

Greco, the fiery little wonder from Campania that somehow keeps its cool in northern Heathcote. This variety carries natural acidity staying bright and racy even under a warm Aussie sun. On the nose you get apple orchards, cardamom pods, guava and a whisper of red gum drifting through the aromatics. On the palate it shows a surprising sense of gravitas: old-oak charm, layered texture, a buttery glide and that chalky, fresh finish keeping everything beautifully in line.
It’s generous, lively and just a little bit enigmatic — as any good Greco should be.
