Don't fret, this is the classic Bruno Paillard Premiere, they added 'extra brut' to highlight the low dosage of under 6g/l. The flagship of the house style, this MV or Multi Vintage is a blend of 35 crus of the region and a very high percentage of reserve wine (35%). Importantly for the blend, the reserve is drawn from a solera style system started back in 1985, this ensures consistency of each cuvee, regardless of vintage conditions.
Pinot Noir (45%), Chardonnay (33%), Pinot Meunier (22%), 20% fermented in oak.
