Born from a winemaker’s whispered suggestion and a swirl of inspiration (thank you, Tom Colman and the Grateful Dead), Ripple is the lovechild of whole bunch Nero d’Avola and a juicy flood of direct-pressed Shiraz. Grown organically on the Omensetter Vineyard, it's a semi-carbonic experiment turned house favourite — bursting with candied wild strawberries, blueberries, and a little musk mischief. Chill it slightly, swirl it slowly, and let those ripple effects carry you far, far away.
