Plucked by hand, wild-fermented, and coaxed into bottle with the kind of gentle care usually reserved for vintage records and rescue puppies. Born from a Semillon patch turned rebel red, it’s had a wild ride in open fermenters, daily plunges, and a rest in seasoned French hogsheads. The result? A ruby-hued charmer bursting with black cherry starburst, blood orange zest and a cheeky crack of white pepper. Medium-bodied, vibrant and oh-so-refreshing, it’s a wine that doesn’t shout, but definitely winks.
