Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada
Pale yellow with slight golden, good release of small bubbles that eventually form a crown.  Very elegant with fruity notes,  nuances of bottle age, the palate is very nice with good acidity and long finish. Round, warm, very pleasant, fresh and lively.
