It hails from the steep hills of Monfumo, where the marl-rich soil imparts a unique minerality to the wine. Hand-harvested and gently pressed, the grapes undergo a temperature-controlled fermentation followed by an extended aging process in stainless steel for 8 months. This results in a delicate yet complex wine with a fine, persistent effervescence.
