Roughly translated, No Sin Tou Tsefs means "We are all the boss! So let's get on and drink!" A blend of Jura natives, 50% Ploussard 50% and Pinot Noir. Organically grown, hand picked and partially destemmed before maceration. On skins for 20 days and then left to mature in stainless steel for 11 months.
