Diatom Bar-M Vineyard Chardonnay

Chardonnay from the Bar-M Vineyard in Santa Barbera County, matured in old (really old) French Oak Puncheons.

Highly perfumed aromas of quince, white peaches, toasted meringue and citrus blossom, with hints of matchstick and saline. The palate shows ripe, floral fruit with a svelte line of acidity and lovely textural finish. 

Wonderful value and delicious drinking , but will reward a few years patience.
