Radikon Ribolla Gialla 2019 500ml

Radikon is an institution of natural wine making, and this is their most quintessential wine. Ribollo Bianco is a native Italian grape, it's first vintage was on skins for only 9 days, but this iteration has had 3 months. 

100% organic, hand-harvested and aged on lees in Slavonian oak casks for 3-4 years. Each vintage is unique, with incredible ageing potential. This is a cult wine, to show off in your cellar.
