Produced in limited quantities from exceptional years, the 2016 vintage is 100% Chardonnay from Grand and Premier Crus Chouilly, Cramant, Oger, Cuis and Graves.

Chouilly, Ayala's own vineyard, brings a silky texture, freshness, and an aromatic diversity to the cuvée. Aged on lees for an average of 6 years, the wine is lively with white fruits, a touch of pastry, citrus and a chalky minerality.
